Rental Restriction:  
This is a rental restricted community--see covenants and bylaws in the Document Center for details

Realtor Signs:  
Cambridge has a mandatory and specific format for "For Sale" signs used to market homes in the community.  You can order the approved sign from Image 360 at 770-442-5560.  Order form can be found in Documents Center
You are permitted 1 (one) For Sale sign. NO OTHER signage in the community.
You are permitted 1 (one) Open House sign in the yard of the home on the day of open house.

HOA Fees:  
Community Management Associates (CMA) is the Property Management Company for the Cambridge community.  They are responsible for collecting the annual Homeowner Association Assessments.  They can be contacted at 404-835-9169

The current assessment is $1,180. Payments of $590 are collected two times per year (January and April) by CMA. If you are purchasing or selling a home, the fees will be prorated by the closing attorney

The annual assessment includes use of the Clubhouse*, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, and Common Areas

There is an initiation fee of $1,180 that is due at closing

There's currently one special assessments for 2025.
